All the information you need to find us
Your health is important to us
As you are acutely aware, the impact of Covid-19 (Coronavirus) to date has been widespread. We are monitoring information issued by relevant government departments to keep abreast of the rapidly developing situation.
We are continuing to operate as usual and we look forward to welcoming you to experience our Museum. This said, the health and safety of our guests is our highest priority and we can assure you the Museum has activated precautionary measures in an effort to protect our guests and staff as best we can.
As of today we advise:
- There has been no reports of any positive test cases for covid-19 to date at the IMA.
- The IMA has installed hand sanitiser dispensers at both the front and rear entry points to the Museum.
- The IMA has prioritised sanitising all surfaces in common areas that may be contacted by staff and guests (handrails, door handles, countertops), within our daily cleaning schedule.
- The IMA have requested all staff and patrons who have health conditions which may be symptomatic of even the cold or flu (runny nose, sore throat, fever), to self-isolate at home.
At this time, we respectfully request that should you be feeling unwell on the day of your visit, please refrain from visiting, as a measure to limit risk to other guests, our volunteers and staff. Thank you
