Our facilities are ideal for conducting professional development seminars for your school or organisation.
Function Room
The function room can accommodate up to 80 guests and comes complete with an audio-visual display system, whiteboard, lectern, tables and chairs, with flexible room setup options.
Theatrette
The theatrette overlooks the beautiful IMA billabong and can accommodate up to 40 guests. Featuring complete audio-visual set up, whiteboard and lectern, this space is perfect for presentations and lectures.
Workshop Rooms
Our two workshop rooms can accommodate up to 20 people each and are perfect for meetings, craft workshops, or silent reflection sessions. Workshop rooms come equipped with a sink and storage area for materials.

TERMS & CONDITION
- Prices are for room and AV use only. There are no AV facility in the art workshop rooms.
- Only USB and VGA inputs (for laptop connections) are available. Clients should not remove items/disconnect (devices, cables etc) in our facilities.
- For VGA inputs, clients are encouraged to test out their devices with our AV system prior to room hire.
- No outside food is allowed. IMA can provide catering at an additional cost.
- Alcohol cannot be consumed onsite.
- 50% of the full amount is to be paid if catering is cancelled less than 5 days of book date.
- Payment of invoice is required within 7 days of visit
