Learn to thrive in this new way of working
The Covid-19 pandemic has brought about a new way of working: the hybrid environment. The hybrid environment can be defined as working between the office and your home. Some people claim this new workplace model will continue to be the way of the future in a post-pandemic world. However, since splitting our time between our home and office is a new approach for many of us, we're learning to adapt along the way. Join us in our upcoming interactive workshop to learn how to work effectively in a hybrid home/office environment! In this two-hour seminar facilitated by Mahira Sobral from Bridge Darebin, you will:
  • Learn how to maximise your productivity
  • Find work/life balance, especially when working from home
  • Learn to work effectively in teams in a hybrid environment
  • Learn practical tips and tricks to thrive
This workshop will be held on-site at the Islamic Museum of Australia. About the Facilitator Mahira Sobral is Bridge Darebin’s Community Education Manager. Mahira has extensive experience working in community education and community development programs that foster positive community connectedness and meaningful pathways into employment. Through Covid-19, Mahira has managed Bridge Darebin's transition to online classes, while adapting to working from home. Check out more of our upcoming events here.
