About Mama Dee
Mama Dee, also known as Dounya, was born in north Lebanon and grew up in a family where she was forever seated around a table. She experiments with herbs and spices, creating a variety of dishes, to enhance flavours. She has mastered the art of Lebanese cooking from a very young age as her mother made her stand by her side as she cooked. "Look and learn" she would say.
