Let’s kick off these school holidays with Kardio Kids! One hour of exercise each day is recommended by the World Health Organisation for children's wellbeing. For this activity we will have several stations set out for kids to master and conquer! Stations will include:
  • hopscotch
  • relay race
  • mini boot camp
  • jump-rope and more!
We will end the day with a competition to determine the strongest, fastest and most agile kardio kid. Every child will leave a winner, with a little prize to take home.
