Kids will be introduced to the process of making their own tasty desserts with smoothie bowls and nutritious monster cookie bites — they won’t even notice the oats!

Smoothie bowls are delicious little works of edible art and are always entertaining to make.  They are colourful, healthy, and a little on the exotic side with unusual ingredients like: acai and goji berries, granola, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, and shredded coconut.

Kids eat with their eyes, just like adults, and a little attention to detail goes a long way — these simple and fun meals are enticing enough to give traditional processed snacks a run for their money!
