Around 90 per cent of the world’s Muslims do not speak Arabic as their native language, yet five times a day you’ll find Muslims reading Arabic during prayer. The language serves as the common link joining Muslims all around the world, and is the unifying element that ensures believers share the same ideas. The Quran, the holy book in Islam is written in original Arabic text and has been preserved for over 1,500 years.
